The 28 metre Overmarine motor yacht Deva 1 has been listed for sale by Pierre VezIlier at IYC.
A “beautiful example” of a Mangusta 92, the yacht was delivered by the Italian yard in 2008. She has only ever been used privately but the IYC believes she has “expectational charter potential”.
“The Mangusta 92 is a very popular charter yacht due to her generous al fresco space, comfortable accommodation and Italian pedigree design, which makes Deva 1 an excellent investment opportunity for a business-savvy owner,” said a spokesperson from IYC.
Built in GRP, the late Stefano Righini is responsible for the yacht’s exterior design, with naval architecture by Overmarine Group SPA.
Previously named Anna Laura she features cosy interiors by Zuretti Interior Design. Her versatile layout can accommodate nine guests in four cabins, including a full-beam master suite, a VIP suite, a double and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth. There is also accommodation for an additional three crew members.
The yacht features impressive exterior spaces for a yacht of her size, including large sunbathing areas aft and forwards. Her sporty profile means that she has a shallow draft of 1.74 metres.
Powered by twin MTU engine the yacht offers a top speed of 33 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. MCA compliant, this yacht for sale also benefits from low engine hours.
Deva 1 is asking €2,400,000 with EU VAT paid.
