The 30.5-metre sailing yacht Illusion of the Isles has been listed for sale by Daniele Botticini of Wind Yachts.
Naval architecture for Illusion of the Isles is by Farr Yacht Design while exterior styling and interior design is by Nauta Design. She was built in carbon fibre by South African yard Southern Wind Shipyard. Delivered in 2006 as the second hull in the SWS 100DS series, she has had only one owner since.
Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with en suite facilities. A further two cabins sleep four crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The panoramic deck saloon features unobstructed views of the outside and has a raised U-shaped settee in cream-coloured upholstery, a coffee table to starboard and a large dining area to port for up to 10 guests. Large windows and overhead hatches provide plenty of light.
Recessed twin helm positions free up space on deck and there are ample seating areas in the large cockpit for all the guests to enjoy an exhilarating sailing experience. She recently had carbon sails fitted in 2020.
