The 48.8-metre Rossinavi motor yacht EIV has rejoined the brokerage market in a new sales listing with Sean Doyle, Wes Sanford and Mike Finnegan of Northrop & Johnson. She was last sold in 2022.
EIV was delivered in 2020 by the Italian yard, constructed in aluminium to a unique automotive-inspired exterior design from Enrico Gobbi's Team For Design. She is the yard’s only Vector 50m model, of which Arrabito Naval Architects developed the naval architecture, outfitted with a contemporary interior also from Team for Design.
EIV underwent a "comprehensive refresh" in 2024, with works including new interior carpets and exterior decor changes. According to her brokers, the Rossinavi build fuses "technical sophistication, bold styling, and exceptional onboard amenities." She recently completed her five-year class survey, now offered to the market in "immaculate condition."
Accommodation on board EIV is for 11 guests in five cabins. A full-beam master suite lies forward on the main deck, fitted with a private office with massage chair, four temperature-controlled wine cabinets, a private balcony and a his and her en suite finished in backlit onyx with a central rain shower.
Guest accommodation is found on the lower deck, comprising two VIP suites that can be converted into one full-beam VIP and two additional convertible twin cabins. All of the guest cabins are equipped with marble-clad en suite bathrooms, while easy access is ensured thanks to a lift with a backlit onyx floor. EIV is crewed by a team of nine, accommodated in five cabins.
Providing the same sporty appeal as her award-winning big sister, the 62.8-metre Utopia IV, EIV can transform into the “ultimate party yacht”. The skylounge can be transformed into a cinema lounge, boasting a full wet bar, 100-inch screen and a drop-down cinema projector. Two touchscreens found in the crew mess and pantry allow the crew to have full control of the vessel’s audio, including an alluring “Party Mode”.
Other amenities inside include the extensive galley curated by a Michelin-starred chef and the large main saloon with a formal dining area, which can be transformed into the ultimate al fresco space thanks to fold-out balconies on both sides. The space benefits from "refined" interior detailing, decorated with hand-stitched leather, bronze accents and marble flooring in a neutral and welcoming scheme.
Leading outside, there is further al fresco dining on the aft deck, with steps ascending to the covered dining area seating 12 on the bridge deck aft.
Up on the sundeck is a wellness haven, complete with a custom glass-front resistance pool (which can be fresh or saltwater), waterfall, integrated Jacuzzi seating, a retractable sunroof and shaded lounging areas. There is another glass-sided Jacuzzi on the bow, flanked by sunpads.
A third pool is located in the beach club – this time of the cold plunge variety – completing EIV's onboard spa experience, which also includes a hammam steam room and aromatherapy shower. The aft beach club is also home to a full bar and dayhead and offers access to the tender garage.
Twin MTU diesel engines provide the 498GT yacht for sale with a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. The brokers also highlighted EIV's shallow 2.29-metre draught, which makes her perfect for cruising low-water destinations, including the Bahamas.
EIV is asking $32,750,000.
