Three yachts for sale lying in Turkey with recent price reductions

Owning a superyacht in the smaller size segments offers several advantages. It’s an attractive choice for both first-time buyers entering the luxury yachting world and seasoned owners expanding their fleets. These yachts benefit from fewer regulations due to their lower gross tonnage, greater flexibility when docking at marinas, and high demand amongst charter clients. Recognising this appeal, Fraser sales broker Anton Farber showcases three well-maintained yachts for sale in this category.

“Each of the yachts - Iman, Nimir and Round Midnight - were privately used and always meticulously maintained by their professional crew, ensuring they remain in excellent condition,” Farber highlights. “Both Iman and Nimir have particularly low engine hours, which is a notable advantage for potential buyers looking for well-preserved, low-use vessels.”

Iman

Length: 38m
Builder: Sunseeker
Price: €6,900,000

Part of the popular Sunseeker 121 series, Iman was built in 2009 with 331GT across three decks. According to Farber, she has been expertly maintained over the years, with recent upgrades including “completely new teak on all decks”.

With accommodation for 12 guests across six staterooms, Iman offers the rare feature of two master suites - one on the upper deck and another on the main deck. The lower deck houses two VIPs and two twin cabins, along with quarters for seven crew. Expansive open deck areas include a well-equipped sundeck complete with sunpads, a Jacuzzi, a bar and a large dining table ideal for social gatherings.

Designed by British naval architect Don Shead, Iman’s twin MTU engines propel her to a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 26 knots. Additionally, she is outfitted for adventure with a Joker 420 tender and two Yamaha jet skis.

Nimir

Length: 35.5m
Builder: Azimut
Price: €5,500,000

Built in GRP in 2014, Nimir is an Azimut Grande 116 model with classic exterior lines penned by Italian studio Stefano Righini Design. Italian designer Carlo Galeazzi had a generous 250GT to play with for the interiors, and the result is a yacht with expansive areas for relaxation, particularly in the main saloon with its comfortable lounge area and large dining table.

Nimir offers accommodation for 10 guests across five staterooms. The master suite, located on the main deck, stretches the full 7.4-metre beam and includes his-and-hers bathrooms, while the lower deck features two VIPs and two twin cabins. Notable features include the sundeck up top with its Jacuzzi, sunpads and bar, and the spacious garage that can easily accommodate a tender and jet ski.

Powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 hp M93 engines, she cruises at 16 knots, with a top speed of 26.5 knots thanks to her efficient planing hull. According to Farber, Nimir is being sold by her original owner and “presents a fantastic opportunity with its attractive asking price”.

Round Midnight

Length: 29.8m
Builder: Sunseeker
Price: €3,100,000

Built in GRP and to RINA class standards, Round Midnight’s striking exterior lines and wood-clad contemporary interior are the work of Sunseeker’s in-house design team. Refitted in 2021, her 114GT boasts expansive living spaces, including an open main saloon, a flybridge and spacious aft areas ideal for al fresco dining. She accommodates up to eight guests across four staterooms, including a main deck master suite. The lower deck houses a VIP stateroom stretching the full 6.9-metre beam, two twin cabins and quarters for a crew of four.

For water enthusiasts, the yacht's swim platform doubles as tender storage, with an aft garage to stow an array of water toys. Twin MTU 16V 2000 hp M94 engines propel her to a top speed of 28 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 22 knots. With stabilisers when underway and at anchor, she promises a smooth ride.
