The 40-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Aroha has been listed for sale under a joint central agency with Ed Dickinson of Northrop & Johnson and Matthew Ruane of Cecil Wright.
Delivered in 2016 as the fourth hull of the 131 series, the yacht was built to RINA Class and was designed in-house by the British yard. The interior is characterised by a contemporary, Hampton beach house style with furnishings from the likes of Fendi. The broker noted that she has been "meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded by her current owner to ensure she remains in top condition."
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across five cabins, with further provision for a crew of eight. She boasts an 84-square-metre full-beam master cabin on the main deck with a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while two VIP suites and two twins with Pullman berths are located on the lower deck.
