The 37.9-metre motor yacht Kjos is newly listed for sale with Richard Callender and Richard Higgins of Northrop & Johnson.
Built of aluminium in the USA in 2009 by Palmer Johnson, Kjos is the "youngest" of the Palmer Johnson semi-custom 120 series and was designed inside and out by Nuvolari Lenard. She was extensively refitted from 2018 to 2020, when she was repainted.
Kjos accommodates eight guests in four staterooms, including an owner's suite featuring a king-sized bed and his-and-hers bathroom, finished in marble, glass and stainless steel.
The saloon, entered via stainless-steel-framed sliding, tinted-glass doors, sports comfortable seating that encourages socialising but also offers good visibility of the TV cabinet. Forward, the dining area features a custom made eight-seater wooden table with leather, glass and marble inlays.
The brokers describe Kjos as "a sleek and sexy vessel that combines the space and functionality of a flybridge yacht but with the style of an open yacht". Her silver superstructure is topped by a large sundeck that boasts scarlet upholstered sunpads forward with truly panoramic views. A large bathing platform aft is good for swimming from or boarding the inventory of toys.
This 223GT yacht for sale has a top speed of 26 knots, cruising speed of 18 knots and is the only 120 model to include zero speed stabilisers.
Kjos is asking €6,500,000 and lying in Antibes, France.
