The 43.1-metre motor yacht Genesis – who stands out for her golden hull and superstructure – has received a €1,500,000 price reduction to her sales listing with Corina Harea and Maurizio Magri of Marcello Maggi Yachting Boutique.
Delivered in 2011 by Italian shipyard Italyachts, Genesis is a high-speed sports yacht built as one of two from the yard's Leopard 43 model. She was constructed in GRP to a design and naval architecture by Andrea Bacigalupo, with interiors from the drawing board of Cristiano Gatto Design.
Her interior – decorated in a brown and cream colour palette – offers accommodation for up to nine guests across a four-cabin layout. Her cabins comprise a full-beam (8.35-metre) master suite with a dressing room and en suite with steam room, a full-beam VIP cabin, a double cabin and a twin with an additional Pullman berth.
Cream leather, dark wood and lavish soft furnishings have been used throughout by Gatto to echo the lavish exterior of Genesis. Her main saloon feels spacious - decked out with twin cream sofas on either side, a desk space and a black gloss bar forward. Across the motor yacht, angular windows provide bounds of natural light whilst offering a unique viewing experience.
Genesis' flybridge sundeck, sporting a wet bar, Jacuzzi and sunpads, has one of the largest al fresco areas in her class, with further exterior spaces found aft and on the foredeck, perfect for lounging and dining.
Notably, the Italian build is said to have the feel and capacity of a much larger yacht, yet with her shallow draft of 1.5 metres, can easily anchor close to beaches or in secluded bays. Her toy box includes a 5.3-metre tender, two Seadoo Jet Skis and two Seabobs.
The 343GT yacht for sale has a top speed of 32 knots, a cruising speed of 30 knots and a range of 600 nautical miles at 20 knots. Power is from triple MTU 2400hp engines plus triple Kamewa water jets.
Genesis is now asking €5,500,000 with VAT paid, currently lying in Sanremo, Italy.
