The 55-metre motor yacht Kamalaya has been sold with Tassos Papantoniou at Torrance Yachts representing both the buyer and seller.
Kamalaya was delivered in 2013 as part of the Amels 180 Limited Editions series and was last sold by Torrance Yachts in 2020.
Her sweeping exterior sheerline comes from the design boards of Tim Heywood, while her fully custom interior is the work of Rémi Tessier. The design team opted for a clean, sophisticated theme with lacquered white offset by rich royal blue.
The colour palette is enhanced by a continuous connection to the water, which is evident in fold-out sea terraces and generous al fresco areas.
There is a pair of balconies on both the port and starboard sides of the main saloon, as well as a portside balcony in the owner’s suite. Here, guests can enjoy morning coffee or evening aperitivos while overlooking the ocean.
A flexible five-cabin layout accommodates 10 guests, with a full-beam owner’s cabin that comes complete with its own office and large bathroom with twin basins and a sea view bathtub.
Opportunities to unwind outside can be found across her decks, with a spacious sundeck that has its own jacuzzi, sit-up bar, shaded dining area and sofa seating flanking the amidships portion of the deck.
There is also a set of sun pads and sunloungers, while additional dining and lounge areas are located across the yacht’s aft decks.
Kamalaya has a cruising speed of 13 knots, a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles. The yacht also had a major refit in spring 2018, which included a repaint.
Kamalaya was asking €29,500,000.
