The 57.3 metre motor yacht Minderella, jointly listed for sale by Y.CO and Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold in a direct deal.
Minderella was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship with naval architecture by De Voogt and interior design by Terence Disdale with delivery in 1986 and refits in 2003 and 2016. The $20 million 2016 refit, carried out at the Derecktor Shipyard in Florida, saw her receive new paint, entertainment systems, audio/visual equipment and soft furnishings. She went on to become a finalist at the 2017 World Superyacht Awards in the Best Refit category.
Minderella sleeps ten guests in five cabins consisting of two twins, two doubles and a full-beam master suite with a large en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and massive office — equivalent in size to another large cabin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there is accommodation for 14 crew in eight cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
The decorative scheme is light and playful, with pale woods, lots of white and splashes of colour in fabrics and art, while large windows ensure the interior is well-lit throughout.
Twin 1,455hp Deutz MWM engines give her a top speed of 16 knots and a maximum range of 7,250 nautical miles 12 knots.
Minderella was asking $14,900,000.
