The 50-metre Mondomarine motor yacht Provocateur has joined the brokerage market, listed for sale under a joint central agency with Nicolas Bochno of Aqua Marine and Juan Morillo of United Yacht Sales.
Delivered in 2016 by the Italian shipyard, Provocateur quickly became recognised for her cherry-red hull penned by Hot Lab. A major exterior and interior refit from 2022 to 2024 dramatically changed her profile to grey, though she is still as striking with her new, contemporary Ozge Van interiors.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across six cabins comprising a full-beam master cabin on the main deck, three VIP cabins, and two twin convertible cabins plus two Pullman berths. All of the cabins are fitted with en suite bathrooms and entertainment centres. Meanwhile, a crew of 11 are across six cabins.
Provocateur's new interior design is minimalist and monochromatic: characterised by light woods, contemporary-style furniture, a neutral colour palette and bright integrated LED lighting.
Her main saloon is expansive: now with two distinct areas for relaxing (thanks to three large sofas) and dining (with a table seating 10). Outside, her aft deck is home to an oversized U-shaped sofa.
Her upper deck also offers the perfect entertaining space, with a large sky lounge and bar which leads to a circular al fresco dining table, grill and sunloungers located aft. However, the crème de la crème of this deck (and potentially the entire vessel) is the rectangular swimming pool at the bow.
Her sundeck is home to a Jacuzzi, and yet another lounging area and bar, alongside a substantial sunpad. Other standout features include the enhanced beach club (which was converted from the garage during her refit), state-of-the-art gym and sauna. Notably, the 499GT yacht is also home to a wide array of water toys including two Seadoo Jetskis, two Seabobs and an efoil, with a Pirelli tender available at an additional cost.
The yacht for sale is commercially compliant with low engine hours. The broker describes her as "one of the most striking vessels in her class," with an "extraordinary and modern look that sets her apart in the 50-metre market."
Powered by twin MTU 2,575hp 16V engines, Provocateur has a top speed of 19 knots and cruising speed of 13 knots. She is fitted with zero speed stabilisers for additional comfort at anchor.
