Brokerage report: Higher demand gives rise to increased new listings in February

Following January's strong sales performance, exclusive BOATPro data pointed to a rise in new brokerage yacht listings during the month of February. 

Despite February being a shorter month, the number of new listings (24 metres and above) saw a 25 per cent increase from the previous month, reaching a total of 70 newly added yachts with a cumulative value of €645.6 million.
