A $1,000,000 price drop has been announced on the 37.6-metre Majesty 120 motor yacht Olivia, listed for sale with Matteo Bencivenni of Aqua Marine.
Delivered in 2023 by Majesty Yachts, a brand of Gulf Craft, Olivia marks hull number three of the Majesty 120 series. She was constructed in GRP to the shipyard's 120 design, with naval architecture by Soyaslan Marine and bright and contemporary interiors by Cristiano Gatto Design.
According to her broker, she has had only one owner since new and remains in "immaculate condition." This announcement marks the second reduction on her listing in less than a year, with a previous price drop of $450,000 in November 2024.
Accommodation on board is for up to 14 guests in six cabins, including a master suite, three double cabins and two twins with Pullman berths. Her main deck master cabin is illustrious for comfort, featuring an immense bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite tiled in marble. The VIP is equally as impressive, situated in the bow on the lower deck. Both suites benefit from elongated windows on either side that fill the accommodation with light.
The main saloon also enjoys the same natural light treatment, with low bulwarks and low-profile furniture, allowing guests to take in the views from all angles. Talking of seating, a welcoming L-shaped sofa lies centre stage in the room, with a dining table for 10 guests close behind it. Her interiors are calming and finished in light woods, shades of soft ivory and accents of pale blue.
Her upper deck saloon is complete with a bar, sofa and breakfast spot for two, with sliding glass doors that lead to a sizeable deck with protected al fresco dining and sofa. At the foredeck, guests can find a large U-shaped sofa, sunpads and two Jet Skis with a crane.
The Majesty 120, that Olivia is from, boasts "30 per cent larger outdoor entertainment areas compared to any other yacht in its class", according to her broker. This is evident in her sundeck, which is home to a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads (a new feature of the 120 model), an additional L-shaped sofa, sun loungers and a bar with bar stools.
Meanwhile, at the stern, her beach club doubles as a tender garage, and there is a multipurpose ladder that extends from the swim platform for easy access when anchored.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar 2400hp engines for a maximum speed of 20 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots. She is also built to RINA class.
Olivia is now asking $12,450,000, currently lying in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, France.
