The 37-metre Custom Line motor yacht Sweet Lane has been sold with Will Bagshaw of Edmiston representing the seller and Bayram Cebi of Cebi Yacht introducing the buyer.
Delivered by the Italian yard and brand of Ferretti Group in 2017, the GRP semi-displacement yacht was designed throughout by Zuccon International Project. She is the second hull of the popular series and has only ever been used privately by her two previous owners.
Designed for "extended stays at sea", Sweet Lane sleeps up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master cabin on the main deck plus two doubles and two twins on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of up to seven, comprising a captain's cabin and three crew cabins as well as a mess.
The open-plan saloon offers inviting seating in the aft section and a dining table forward, flanked by full-height opening windows. A second lounge space is positioned on the bridge deck, facing a large television screen that folds down from the deckhead, should guests tire of the views through the large windows. Dark wood soles, carpets, lighter wood bulkheads and cream upholstery all complement each other in the contemporary interior.
Open-air dining can be enjoyed aft on the bridge deck, which is shaded by the overhang. The main deck aft is mainly used for taking refreshments, perhaps after embarking on the large, fold-out, swim-come-boarding platform, accessed via twin staircases. The foredeck boasts more lounge seating and sunpads, while the sundeck entices guests with a bar below the fixed Bimini as well as freestanding deck loungers aft.
Twin 1,800hp Caterpillar diesel engines push the 289GT RINA-classed motor yacht to a top speed of 16.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots, and she has a range of 2,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Sweet Lane was last asking €10,800,000.
