Dutch superyacht design studio Vripack has presented an 18.2 metre day boat called Project Hammer.
Described as “racy retro”, the day boat pays “homage to the celebrated creativity of the 1940s and 50s,” according to the studio.
“Carving through water with ease and agility, it’s the racehorse of the luxury leisure boats,” it added.
Key features include a “Wimbledon white exterior" with an aqua translucent windscreen and two day beds on the bow. The dashboard meanwhile features a “1950s inspired aeronautical aesthetic” to match the owner’s “industrial chic vision”.
The interior meanwhile has been decorated in white-washed European oak twinned with white satin finished paintwork”. Other features include a black woven herringbone composite floor” and a main saloon with “tobacco hued leather stitching.”
The master suite ensuite and day head meanwhile feature marble basins.
The 18.2 metre day boat can reach a top speed exceeding 50 knots.
