US-headquartered Lazzara Yachts has sold the first unit in its 27.4-metre UHV 90 series, with delivery scheduled for the end of 2026. The future owner is a "loyal Western European customer" who has owned a Lazzara LSX 75 for over 15 years.
The flybridge model is characterised by a bulbous bow and a composite build with floating floors and ceilings designed to minimise noise and vibration. Key numbers include a 7.2-metre beam and a draft of 1.8 metres.
Accommodation is for up to eight guests and four crew, including a master suite with a king-size berth, desk, lounge space and "spa-like" bathroom. Interiors will "compete with significantly larger yachts" according to the shipyard, including the main saloon which features a formal dining area with chandelier lighting, a sofa and a matching love seat opposite a large-screen television and entertainment centre. Custom cabinetry, "fine woods" and other "artisan embellishments" will be incorporated throughout.
The skylounge also promises to be the "most spacious" in the market segment, designed with a bar, a game table for six guests, a television screen and floor-to-ceiling windows. Alternate al fresco spaces are found on the bow with its sunpad and crescent-shaped seating and the flybridge, which features a dining and lounge space for eight guests, a bar, grill and an optional Jacuzzi layout. An automated awning system provides protection from the sun.
Other highlights include a cozy seating area on the aft deck and a beach club with swim platform and railing-enclosed tender storage.
Twin Volvo engines will propel the UHV 90 to a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
The UHV 90 is the smallest entry in the range, which also includes the UHV 100 and UHV 125. Lazzara Yachts recently shared a construction update on the first UHV 100 with BOAT International.
