The 39.62 metre motor yacht Arms Reach has been sold by Westport Yacht Sales within six days of coming on the market.
Built in GRP by US yard Westport to a design by William Garden, she was delivered in 2005 as hull number nine of the yard’s Westport 130 series. Accommodation in an elegant mahogany interior is for up to 11 guests in five well-appointed cabins. The master suite is on the main deck and has a large triple shower plus large windows giving great views. A stairway leads down to two VIP cabins with king sized beds and two twins, one with a Pullman berth, and all with full en suite shower facilities.
In the main deck saloon, double doors open to the yacht’s aft deck while to port and starboard of the lounge area are two soft chairs with ottomans. The conversation area is next with a deep rich brown sofa, chair with ottoman, and two burgundy leather rocking chairs surrounding a wood with granite accented coffee table. The middle of the yacht’s saloon contains a 42-inch pop-up plasma television screen and full entertainment and surround sound system. Continuing forward is the intimate dining area which seats 10. A day head is located forward of the dining area to starboard.
On the aft deck, a 40-inch Plasma TV is located above the bar with four stools and is visible to the large al fresco dining table for six. A half-moon couch seats six guests and has a low raised, canvas-topped coffee table. She has wrap around decks that lead to the bow with sun pads, a circular sitting area and ladder access to fly bridge deck.
The sky lounge is a favourite gathering area featuring plush, spacious seating, a full bar with three bar stools, a mini library, games table, relaxing sofa and a 27-inch television screen. Her top speed is 28 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots with power coming from two 2,735hp MTU 12V4000M90 diesel engines.
