The 24.6 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Balance has been sold in-house by IYC, with Sebastian Jerolimov and Filip Jerolimov both representing the buyer and seller.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo to a design by Officina Italiana, Balance was delivered in 2018 as the 14th hull in the yard’s SL78 series.
The guest layout, which sleeps eight, includes an amidships owner’s suite on the lower deck, a VIP cabin, a double and a twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep two members of staff.
Balance boasts a spacious main saloon with a large settee starboard side opposite a TV, with a dining area located forward. Optimised bulwarks allow plentiful natural light to stream through the large windows, offering guests unimpeded panoramas of the ocean.
An al fresco dining area is found aft on the main deck, while the flybridge boasts sunpads, socialising space and an additional al fresco dining area with shade provided by a hardtop. An aft garage system stores a large tender, allowing for further deck space for guests.
An aft hydraulic launching system allows easy access into the water for the 3.95 metre jet tender. Sporting a maximum draught of 1.8 metres, Balance is ideal for shallow waters cruising.
Her top speed is 29 knots and her power comes from two 1,622hp MTU 10V2000M96L diesel engines. For enhanced safety and comfort at sea and in port, she is fitted with CMC fin zero speed stabilisers.
Balance was asking €3,500,000.
