Matthew Fisher at Dubois Yachts confirms a new, lower price on his listing for sale, the 40.3m sailing yacht Nuberu Blau.
Built in aluminium by New Zealand yard Alloy Yachts to a design by Dubois Naval Architects and ABS classed, Nuberu Blau (ex Kokomo of London) was delivered in 2000 as the fifth Dubois design to be commissioned by the same owner. A Redman Whiteley Dixon interior sleeps eight guests in four staterooms consisting of a master suite, two VIP staterooms and a twin cabin, all with en suite facilities.
Cherry wood panelling set into fabric panelled bulkheads creates a calm and inviting space in her expansiveand all the pieces of furniture, beautifully made by Alloy Yachts, are also in cherry wood with lightly detailed panelling. Under power, a 1,000hp Caterpillar engine gives her a range of 3,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.
Available for inspection in Florida, Nuberu Blau is down from €6.75 million to €5.7 million.
