Jamie Collins at Oyster Brokerage in Palma sends news of a £800,000 price cut on his listing for sale, the 27.08 metre sloop-rigged sailing yacht Lush.

Lush was built by Britain’s Oyster Marine in GRP to a design by UK-based yacht designer Rob Humphreys working with the yard’s in-house design team and she was delivered in 2012 as one of the yard’s 885 series. She features a large, ergonomically designed split cockpit ideal for relaxation and al fresco dining. There are also spacious deck spaces and a swimming platform making her a a good charter proposition. A high level deck saloon has triple seascape windows flooding the area with light, a settee and an expandable dining table.

Eight guests are accommodated in four staterooms including a full beam master suite, a VIP stateroom and two double cabins. All staterooms come with television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. Lush recently showed off her bluewater cruising credentials by completing a 28,000 nautical mile circumnavigation.

Under power, a 330hp Cummins engine gives her a cruising speed of 10 knots, and Lush is now down from £5.75 million to £4.95 million.
