2 September 2020 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The 25.91 metre motor yacht Miss Anna has been sold with Steve Deane at Luke Brown Yachts representing both buyer and seller.

Built in GRP by Offshore Yachts to a design by William Crealock, Miss Anna was delivered in 2007. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed and 20 inch LCD television screen and two doubles, each with a queen sized bed and 15 inch television screen, and all cabins have en suite bathroom facilities.

The main saloon has satin finished joinery and solid wood crown moulding, a custom settee on the starboard side, an entertainment system including a 42 inch LCD television screen on a rise and fall mechanism and a Polk audio system. Forward in the dining area, there is a custom table with a pedestal base and a built in settee, a bar with a granite top, fridge, freezer and storage drawers for crockery, cutlery and glassware. Both the dining and lounge areas benefit from large windows with low sills enabling sit down visibility to the views outside.

Miss Anna was asking $2,395,000.

The aft deck is accessed from the saloon through stainless steel and glass doors, offering al fresco dining on moulded and upholstered seating, two tables with pedestal bases, a sink and a fridge. Up on the boat deck, features include more comfortable outdoor seating, tables, a fridge and two Gaggenau stainless steel grills, new in 2015.

Twin MAN 1,360hp diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 17 knots and maximum speed of 20 knots.

Miss Anna was asking $2,395,000.
