The 25.25 metre motor yacht Kawai has been jointly listed for sale by Ocean Independence with IYC.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Overmarine to a design by Stefano Righini, she was delivered in 2010 as a Mangusta 92 Open model and has had the same owner since new. A light, contemporary interior has accommodation for up to seven guests in three en suite cabins, all equipped with entertainment systems and television screens. Both the full-beam master stateroom and the VIP suite offer double beds, while the third cabin is a twin with an additional Pullman berth.
The saloon has a bar to starboard fitted with an ice maker, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a sink. Facing the bar is a staircase leading to the separate crew quarters, the laundry area and the galley. Further forward there are two opposing U-shaped couches offering versatile dining or relaxation areas. Four telescopic coffee tables can be converted into two dining tables seating up to ten guests.
Kawai also offers plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and dining. The generous aft deck opens out from the saloon to provide an effortless flow of space and has an al fresco dining option, ample seating and a large double sun pad. Further aft, the extended swim platform makes water access easy. Wide wraparound decks lead to an additional double sun pad on the foredeck. Her top speed is 36 knots and her power comes from two MTU diesel engines.
Kawai is asking €3,200,000.
