The 43 metre fast motor yacht Elsea, offered for sale by Imperial, has been sold with Nicholas Dean at Ocean Independence and Kay Yachting acting for the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Italyachts to a design by Andrea Bacigalupo and ABS classed, she was delivered in 2011. Cristiano Gatto designed a soothing interior in ebony woods and white leather accommodating up to nine guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin with a Pullman berth, all with entertainment centres, Apple television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for six crew.
Her expansive saloon has large windows allowing the light to stream in, comfortable seating on settees and armchairs and a state of the art entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television. In fact, sophisticated audio/video systems are available in every guest area.
Outdoor living is in no way neglected, with an aft deck seating eight guests for al fresco cocktails and meals while the sun deck offers sun pads, loungers and a cooling Jacuzzi spa tub.
Her gold metallic paint job makes her look sporty and aggressive and she does not disappoint in this regard, with a planing hull and triple 2,400 MTU diesel engines linked to KaMeWa waterjets powering her to speeds of up to 36 knots — perfect for whizzing about the Mediterranean's hot spots.
The price of Elsea has been withheld.
