The 43.6 metre motor yacht Lady Duvera has been listed for sale by Jan Jaap Minnema and Maarten Ten Holter at Fraser.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Hakvoort to a design by Diana Yacht Design and Lloyd's classed, Lady Duvera was delivered in 2000 with a full refit in 2017. Felix Buytendijk designed a classic interior in mahogany and maple woods accommodating up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite and four guest cabins. All cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for nine crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The large saloon is divided by a pair of low cupboards separating the lounge and dining area. The lounge is situated aft and comes with comfortable furniture and an entertainment centre including a Seatel television system, while the dining area forward has an eight-seater circular table surrounded by glass fronted cabinets storing china, glassware, and silver.
The skylounge is located at the head of stairs ascending from the main deck lobby and is furnished with a blue carpet and bird’s eye maple panelling providing a light ambience. This area also features a granite topped bar and a full audio-visual entertainment centre.
Twin 917hp Caterpillar engines give her a transatlantic range and she is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers.
Currently cruising in the Mediterranean, Lady Duvera is asking €9,800,000 with VAT paid.
