AWATEA is the nicest modern styled yacht of this size on the world market. She has a 5 stateroom layout with full beam master, lovely spaces everywhere including a great sky lounge and exterior decks as well as a tender garage that converts into a proper beach club. With a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, AWATEA was designed by Cor de Rover with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design while Felix Buytendijk was responsible for the interior design.

She underwent a refit in 2023 in which her interior was redecorated, lightening the palette without altering the layout. The current interior is modern classic featuring mahogany panels, superbly beveled raised panel joinery and classic white painted surfaces and beamed deck heads. The prevailing color scheme includes tones of blue, aqua and white.

Built to Lloyds and MCA, AWATEA was the first yacht to be built for chartering under the Dutch government rules for Commercial Cruising Vessels (CCV) and has the perfect length and layout for worldwide family cruising.

Larger than normal for a 45m, her layout makes the most of her 499 GT. All five staterooms are really spacious with en-suite bathrooms and the full-beam master suite, accessed via a private study, has 2.30m headroom. She sleeps 14 guests with the master suite on deck and accommodates nine crew (certified for 10 crew - 2 pax in Captain Cabin). A tender garage for a 7.6m tender and all her water toys keeps her decks clear for owner and guest relaxation.

The sun deck features a whirlpool tub for up to six people with a teak circular top, as well as lots of open deck space for lounging. An advanced system of awnings fixed to the mast covers the entire sun deck thanks to a smart combination of six stainless steel vertical pipe supports.

AWATEA is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system and cruises comfortably at 11.5 knots with max speed of 13 .5 knots. Powered by twin 3508 B Caterpillar engines she has a range of 4,600 nautical miles at her cruising speed.

With an open checkbook maintenance policy, she is found in pristine condition and is a must-see.
