A price reduction of $1,450,000 has been announced on Ocean Alexander's 34.1-metre motor yacht Je Reviens, listed for sale with Michael Rafferty of IYC.
Je Reviens first hit the water in 2017, showcasing her Evan K. Marshall exterior design, as the third unit from the Ocean Alexander 112 series. She was constructed in GRP, with naval architecture by Gregory C. Marshall and the builder's in-house team, with Marshall also responsible for her interiors.
The tri-deck superyacht can accommodate a party of 10 in five en suite cabins, with an on-deck master suite that "rivals that of larger yachts" complete with 180-degree views, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a heated stone floor in the bathroom. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of six.
Wood soles add warmth to the bright and open-plan saloon and dining room, which also benefits from expansive glazing on both sides and a broad sliding glass door to aft.
Walkaround teak side decks with full bulwarks make for secure crew and guest access to the foredeck and its large sunpad. On the bridge deck, a small table and seating are located forward, overlooking the sunpad, while up top, the sundeck offers a Jacuzzi and more lounging space protected by a hard bimini.
Powered by twin 2,600hp MTU diesel engines, the 234GT yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots. Her broker noted that her draught of 2.1 metres allows for easy access to shallow waters and coastal cruising, while her at-anchor stabilisers ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
Je Reviens is now asking $10,800,000.
