The 34.1-metre motor yacht Je Reviens has joined the market with Michael Rafferty of IYC.
Built in GRP by Ocean Alexander in 2018, as the Ocean Alexander 112 Yacht model, she was designed by Evan K. Marshall, with naval architecture by Gregory C. Marshall and the builder's in-house team.
The tri-deck yacht accommodates a party of 10 in five cabins, the on-deck master suite "rivalling that of larger yachts" with 180-degree views, a Jacuzzi tub and a heated stone floor in the bathroom. There are quarters for a crew of six. Wood soles add warmth to the bright open-plan saloon and dining room.
Walkaround teak side decks, with full bulwarks, make for secure crew and guest access to the foredeck and its large sunpad. A small table and seating is located forward of the bridge, overlooking the sunpad while, up top, the sundeck offers more lounging space protected by a hard bimini. The recent addition of a Concord Marine "Blender" of Viasat and Starlink is said to make for seamless, fast internet.
Powered by twin 2,600hp MTU diesel engnines, the 244GT yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 15 knots. The brokers said that her shallow draught of 2.1 metres makes her perfect for the Bahamas or New England cruising.
Je Reviens is asking $12,750,000.
