The 38.3-metre Gulf Craft tri-deck motor yacht Altavita has been sold with James Nason and Matthew Martin from Fraser California representing the seller and Pierre-Elliot Duverneuil from Moana Yachting introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by UAE yard Gulf Craft to Bureau Veritas charter class C standards, Altavita was delivered in 2018 to a very experienced owner. She was personalised to the "highest possible standards", with a complete design from Gulf Craft's in-house team.
Her five year class survey was completed in October 2023, and she has been "consistently upgraded and maintained as required" according to her broker. This deal marks Altavita's second sale since new.
Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests in five well-appointed cabins, she features a full-beam master suite with panoramic windows on the main deck, two double cabins and two twins with Pullman berths on the lower deck. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathrooms. Meanwhile, eight crew are accommodated across four cabins.
On the main deck there is a formal dining area forward of the expansive main saloon, with broad picture windows and sliding glass doors port and starboard, which open the space and fill it with natural light. Sliding glass doors also open aft onto an al fresco dining option and steps either side that lead down to the swim platform and tender garage.
A spacious sundeck has a Jacuzzi spa tub aft, a fully equipped sit-up bar with a Teppanyaki grill to starboard and an open-air dining area to port, both shaded by the hard top. Forward is lounge seating and a flybridge.
Her top speed is 18 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,400 nautical miles at 14 knots, with power coming from two 1,900hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
Altavita was asking $8,500,000.
