The 26.22 metre motor yacht Malvasia, listed for sale by Tim Carbury at Fraser, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Italian builder Ferretti Custom Line to a design by Zuccon International Project, Malvasia was delivered in 2008 as one of the yard’s Navetta 26 models. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite, two VIP suites and two twins plus two Pullman berths, all with entertainment centres, flatscreen television sets and en-suite bathroom facilities. Two en-suite double cabins accommodate four crew.
In the main saloon, comfortable seating is provided on leather upholstered settees arranged in an L-shaped configuration facing an entertainment centre including a 32-inch flat screen Samsung television mounted on a rise and fall mechanism, while forward is a formal dining area and a mini bar. Less formal dining is available at a banquette in the galley, providing breakfasts and casual snacks.
The aft deck has al fresco dining facilities at an expandable table surrounded by several occasional wicker armchairs. More outdoor entertainment is available on the lounge deck with an exterior relaxation area and a forward helm station with an adjoining dinette. Her top speed is 15 knots and her power comes from twin 900hp MAN diesel engines.
Her broker comments: “Malvasia is commercially registered and operating with a Spanish charter license. In a nutshell, she is the perfect family yacht or viable charter business.”
Malvasia was asking €2,250,000 with VAT paid.
