The 37 metre motor yacht Joan's Ark has been listed for sale by Jim McConville at Allied Marine.
Joan's Ark was built in GRP by Canadian yard Crescent Custom Yachts to a design by Jack Sarin. Launched in 2003, she has been continuously upgraded since her delivery. An interior in sapele wood and pomela mahogany was designed by Robin Rose, giving a matchless blend of formal and informal.
Ten guests are accommodated in five cabins, including a master suite located amidships on the lower deck with a king size bed, vanity unit, settee, a walk in wardrobe and full en suite bathroom facilities. Forward is a VIP suite with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A double and two twins complete the accommodation and all cabins on this yacht for sale have flat screen plasma televisions and full Wi-Fi internet access.
Inside, the yacht's spacious main saloon boasts ample seating in the way of a large settee and four occasional chairs. Forward is a dining table for up to eight guests, while ample natural light is provided throughout the space via frequent windows.
Joan's Ark has a spacious aft deck offering al fresco dining for 10 guests with a full wet bar, fridge and ice maker. The flybridge includes a large sun deck area with a Jacuzzi and barbecue. Twin 1,860hp MTU diesels provide a cruising speed of 18 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
