The 46.1 metre Burger fantail motor yacht Nadan, listed for sale by Jody O’Brien at Fraser, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger Boat Company to a design by Bruce King for a highly experienced American yachtsman, she was delivered in 2009 as a modern classic, combining the highest levels of quality and technology with the timeless elegance of the 1920's. It should come as no surprise that Nadan went on to win the coveted 2010 ShowBoats Design Award for Best Naval Architecture.
An interior by Ken Freivokh uses Madrona Burl wall panels enhanced with inlaid Macassar Ebony to create a warm and inviting ambience throughout the main saloon, dining room, and guest cabins. ABS classed, Nadan accommodates nine guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin cabin, all with entertainment systems and en suite bathroom facilities.
In the main saloon of this yacht for sale, furniture is grouped to form a conversation area and also faces a large television screen and a leather upholstered bar with custom bar stools. Adjacent is a separate formal dining room featuring full length French doors offering access to the exterior veranda.
A generous dining area aft on the main deck leads up to a spacious sun deck with large sun pads, a seven-person hot tub, bar and a dining area - the perfect position to enjoy al fresco meals and panoramic views.
Twin 600hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Nadan was asking $28,200,000.
