50m Trinity Yachts motor yacht Tsumat sold after $9M price drop

9 January 2025 • Written by Nick Jeffery and Gabrielle Lazaridis

The 49.9-metre Trinity Yachts motor yacht Tsumat has been sold with Frank Grzeszczak Sr. of FGI Yacht Group representing the seller and Hargrave Yachts' Yannis Zagorakis representing the buyer. The yacht was recently displayed at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) at a substantially reduced new asking price – $9,000,000 less than when she joined the market in 2022.

The yacht, with an aluminium hull and superstructure, was delivered by the US yard in 2012 to a design by Geoff Van Aller. Ramon Alonso created the interior that was most recently upgraded in 2023 in a "multi-million-dollar refit". The broker pointed out that Tsumat is the last of the Trinity 164 range delivered.

Tsumat was asking $17,499,000

Accommodation is provided for 12 guests in six cabins, comprising a master, VIP, three doubles and one twin cabin. There are quarters for a crew of 10.

The design is distinguished by the use of lattice woodwork in the deckheads, found both in the interior and on exterior deck overhangs.

The ABS-classed 499GT yacht is powered by twin 3,384hp Caterpillar diesel engines, giving her a top speed of 23 knots and cruising speed of 18 knots. The yacht's range is 3,000 nautical miles.

Tsumat was last asking $17,499,000.
