The in-build 42.5-metre Alia Yachts superyacht project Ximena has joined the market with Christie Yachts.
The yacht is scheduled to be delivered by the Turkish yard in 2025, with a full-aluminium construction, a streamlined Omega Architects exterior and a fast displacement hull form by Van Oossanen Naval Architects.
The broker noted that "Ximena offers a fantastic opportunity for buyers to skip the long queue and take delivery of a brand new yacht", with the build hailing from "one of the most exciting shipyards on the superyacht circuit".
Generous glazing and sliding glass doors invite natural light and fresh air into the living spaces, which have been designed by Miami-based studio Yodezeen. Initial renderings reveal a contemporary aesthetic with curved furniture, ribbed ceilings and a formal dining table set against an abstract feature wall.
The build's "highly functional" layout includes five cabins, a gym adjacent to the swim platform for impressive ocean views and a pilothouse with a Jacuzzi and bar area. Ample lounging and sunbathing areas are situated across the aft deck, foredeck and sundeck.
The yacht for sale is expected to reach a top speed of 22 knots and a range of 3,200 nautical miles at 12 knots. A low draught of 2.1 metres will allow Ximena to access shallow waters and bays, as encountered in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Project Ximena is asking €24,900,000.
