A further $1,490,000 price drop has been announced on the 40.1-metre Sunseeker motor yacht TC, listed for sale with Matthew Stone of IYC. This follows a $760,000 drop in October, with the broker now describing the yacht as the "best priced 40-metre Sunseeker of this year".
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker and delivered in 2020 as a Sunseeker 131 model, TC is RINA classed and MCA compliant and comes with a "turnkey charter program".
Satin-finished black American walnut wood is used throughout the interior. The main saloon, with floor-to-ceiling windows, sports a starboard-side balcony that folds out over the sea.
Especially attractive for fans of al fresco meals is the upper deck cockpit, complete with a large dining table and seating for 10 guests. A Jacuzzi and wet bar up top have proved popular with yacht charter guests.
This tri-deck superyacht accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins comprising a master suite on the main deck – with both bath and shower – plus two doubles and two twin cabins on the lower deck.
