The 34.41 metre Baratucci motor yacht Steadfast, listed for sale by Kevin Kramer at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Neal Esterly of Fraser.
Built in cold-moulded wood epoxy by US yard Baratucci she was delivered in 1992 with a major refit in 2014. Combining all the comforts of a family yacht with the speed and excitement of a sportfisherman, she accommodates eight guests in four cabins. These consist of a main deck master suite and three doubles below deck, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon is open plan with a comfortable lounge area aft and adjacent to the formal dining space with built-in seating for eight. Across to starboard is the wet bar, bar stools for three and an entertainment centre.
For the sportfishing enthusiast, careful planning has accounted for every scenario. Up top, there is a flybridge with complete engine controls, sightlines to bow and stern and a bench seat for four. On the bow, a structural pulpit reaches out ten feet with a recessed baitwell to starboard. The main deck walkarounds, with no obstructions, lead aft to the expansive cockpit, large island bait/tackle station, fighting chair and outriggers. Twin 1,100hp Detroit Diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 17 knots.
Steadfast was asking $2,499,000.
