The 28 metre Aegean motor yacht Grace, jointly listed for sale by Jack Gradus at Ocean Independence with Darko Supuk at Touch Adriatic, has seen a price drop of €110,000.
Built in steel by Turkish yard Aegean Yacht to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2013 and regularly updated since.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five en-suite cabins comprising a full beam master suite on the main deck with two VIP cabins to port and starboard amidships on the deck below. Forward of the VIP cabins are a further two guest cabins, each with twin single beds.
Her tri-deck layout is emphasised by a generous main deck saloon and upper deck sky lounge which leads to the large aft deck. Ample dining spaces abound, including a large table in the main saloon for up to 12 guests. Natural light is provided by frequent large windows, which aids the feeling of 'openness'.
