40m superyacht Silentworld sold

The 40 metre Astilleros M Cies motor yacht Silentworld, listed for sale with Eugenio Cannarsa and Peter Redford at Fraser, has been sold in an in-house deal with the buyer introduced by Adam Blackmore of Fraser Hong Kong.

Built in 2006 by Astilleros M. Cies to a design by Inigo Echenique, Silentworld is Lloyds classed and sports a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.

A highly popular charter yacht, and one of the largest currently available in the Pacific with repeat charters already booked, Silentworld has been meticulously cared for since delivery with her most recent refit taking place in 2018. Accommodation for up to 12 guests in in six en suite cabins include an owner’s stateroom forward on the main deck and two doubles and two twins on the lower deck. There are also quarters for up to eight crew, including a captain’s cabin aft of the helm station.

Interior design, also by Inigo Echenique, features dark woods and light upholstery throughout. A spacious main saloon features a forward dining area along with a large sitting area with two sofas and two armchairs arranged around a coffee table. A second saloon on the upper deck offers dining space for four and further seating on two sofas. Those with a love of the outdoors are well catered for thanks to a dining area aft on the main deck, al fresco space with sun loungers aft on the upper deck and a large sun deck with a hot tub, sun pads and seating with optional shades.

Silentworld comes complete with a 5.2 metre Valiant tender, 4.5 metre Valiant tender and an 8.5 metre custom Blackwatch tender with capacity for 12 guests. Her extensive toy box includes 10 sets of dive gear, snorkelling equipment, two Seabobs, ski tubes, wakeboards, wakesurfs, a stand-up paddleboard, glass bottom kayak, inflatable and fishing gear.

Powered by twin diesel caterpillar 720hp engines, Silentworld has a top speed of 14 knots with a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots thanks to her 53,000 litre fuel capacity.

Silentworld was asking €6,500,000.
