The 32.9 metre motor yacht Lason has had a $451,000 price drop, her listing agent for sale, Bob Martin at Allied Marine tells me.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Hargrave Yachts, Lason was delivered in 2006 as a raised pilothouse motor yacht and had an interior upgrade in 2010. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two identical VIP suites, a double and a twin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The shaded aft main deck is the prime spot for al fresco dining and is accented with a gloss-finished teak overhead feature that incorporates lighting and mirrors the shape of the eight-seater table. The spacious flybridge is also perfect for open-air living. There is ample seating for guests and it features three sun pads, a bar with seating for four and two settees with adjoining tables.
The elegant, expansive saloon is highlighted by warm sapele mahogany and rose wood joinery work throughout surrounded by oversized windows, with plush carpeting and very comfortable sitting areas. Twin 1625ph Caterpillar engines and a modified V-hull give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.
Lying in Florida, Lason is down from $3,950,000 to $3,449,000.
