A $2,000,000 price reduction has been announced for the 44.8-metre motor yacht Gran Finale, listed with Kevin Kramer of Burgess.
Gran Finale was constructed in GRP to ABS classification by Delta Marine, featuring exterior design by the shipyard’s in-house team in collaboration with Jay Minor and interior design by J.C. Espinosa of Espinosa Yacht Design.
Delivered in 2002, this motor yacht has earned her cruising badges, spending 22 years with her previous owner travelling extensively through Europe, Australia and the Maldives.
Now, reaping the rewards of a refit in 2018, Gran Finale features a white exterior profile and a tri-deck structure. She accommodates up to 12 guests across five cabins, which include a master suite, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathrooms and finished in sapele and lacewood.
The main saloon features a marble-topped sit-up bar, complemented by a lounge with sofas and armchairs. The sky lounge offers floor-to-ceiling glass aft and a retractable wall that separates it from the bridge. Additional features include a master study and a glass lift serving all decks.
Outdoor spaces include walkaround decks and an open sun deck equipped with a Jacuzzi, built-in seating and sun loungers. The upper deck aft features an L-shaped sit-up bar and a shaded dining area. The main deck aft offers a shaded lounge and dining space, with steps leading down to the fishing cockpit and sea-level swim platform. The bow area includes a sunpad for additional lounging.
The 451GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 2,481hp Caterpillar diesel engines. She can reach a top speed of 20 knots. Onboard equipment includes a 6.5-metre RIB tender, a jetboard, kayaks, paddleboards, a dive compressor and additional water toys.
