The 27-metre Admiral motor yacht It's A Dream, listed for sale with Eric Trupheme of Ocean Independence, has had a €100,000 price drop.
Built by Italian yard Cantieri Navali Lavagna in 1991 with exterior lines owed to Paolo Caliari, the all-aluminium classic flybridge yacht was last refitted in 2000. According to the broker, It's A Dream is "a good opportunity for a first yacht acquisition."
Accommodation is configured for eight guests, including a full-beam owner's suite. The interior styling of the cabins includes lacquered wood with white linens complemented by dark blue accents. It’s A Dream also has space for four crew members.
Guests can enjoy a comfortable main saloon with a combination of armchairs and sofas. The main saloon windows ensure plenty of natural light fills the interior space.
Elsewhere, key highlights include a Jacuzzi and lounging areas located on the sundeck, with the addition of retractable awnings for weather protection.
