Riva, a brand of the Ferretti Group, has confirmed the sale of the second unit in its flagship Riva 54 Metri series.
The model is the largest in the Riva fleet, superseding the Riva 50 Metri, with the first hull set for delivery in 2025. The second hull, the sale of which was announced a the Monaco Yacht Show, will follow on a year later with delivery in 2026.
The 54-metre model is the result of collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, Ferretti Group's strategic product committee led by Piero Ferrari, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department – the same team that produced the former Riva 50 Metri flagship of which there are three on the water.
Its profile shares the same design DNA with other members of the Riva fleet, seen in the counter-curvature of the windows, cut-out bulwarks and silvery exterior paired with dark glazing.
In a departure from the former 50 Metri, the new model features softer lines and over 370 square metres of outdoor space, including a stepped aft deck with a swimming pool and fold-down bulwarks. Other areas of note include a sun lounge forward of the wheelhouse, with two al fresco dining options on the sun deck and the bridge deck.
The all-aluminium construction will allow for a top speed of 18 knots.
Ferretti Group also confirmed that construction will soon begin on the third hull.
