Mengi Yay has released a first look inside the 44-metre Gisa following her delivery in July 2023.
Commissioned in 2020, her metallic paint job and distinctive green bootstripe are courtesy of VYD Studio. Naval architecture is owed to Ginton Naval Architects.
Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, including a VIP cabin on the lower deck, two couples and two twins. There are further quarters for a crew of seven.
Interiors are owed to VYD Studio, who opted for a contemporary aesthetic with black lacquered ceilings, integrated lighting and marble feature walls. Loose designer furniture is also used throughout.
Elsewhere, Gisa features a glass-backed plunge pool and a beach club with folding wings. There are also ample lounge spaces across three decks, including sofa seating area on the bow, al fresco dining on the main deck and a sundeck flanked by loungers and a bar.
Powered by twin CAT engines, Gisa has a maximum speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots.
According to BOAT Pro, Mengi Yay currently has eight hulls under construction. The Turkish shipyard recently launched Twins, the second hull in its Virtus 39 series.
Gisa is available for charter with IYC.
