A €3,100,000 price drop has been announced on the 43.5-metre Mengi Yay motor yacht Gisa, listed for sale with Filip Jerolimov of IYC.
Gisa was delivered in 2023 from Turkish yard Mengi Yay to a very experienced owner, constructed in steel and aluminium to a design from VYD Studio with naval architecture from Ginton Naval Architects. Her interiors – also designed by VYD – remained secretive until one month after she was listed for sale in December 2023, revealing a contemporary aesthetic with black lacquered ceilings, integrated lighting and marble feature walls. She was recently repainted in 2025.
Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, comprising a full-beam master suite on the main deck and a full-beam VIP, two double cabins and one twin on the lower deck, all en suite. There are further quarters for a crew of seven.
Her spacious 464GT volume is filled with light thanks to full-height windows, spotlighting her modern monochrome interiors. The broker noted that Gisa has "high-end specifications" and "opulent designer furniture" throughout her interior and exterior.
Each interior space is seamlessly connected to Gisa's large exterior decks, which offer a multitude of space for entertaining, relaxing, dining and sunbathing. It is her combination of design and functionality that saw her nominated at the 2024 World Superyacht Awards.
Her exteriors include a beach club that is larger than other yachts in her class, with folding wings that extend to increase the deck space by the water, next to a glass-fronted plunge pool. Her sundeck is also expansive, fitted with a Jacuzzi overlooking the bow, sun loungers, bar and al fresco dining table. There are further sofas and sunpads on the bow and additional al fresco dining tables on the main deck aft and upper deck.
Powered by twin CAT engines, the yacht for sale has a range of 2,300 nautical miles, cruising speed of 11 knots and a top speed of 14 knots. Her brokers noted that Gisa will appeal both to an owner interested in private use and one considering a charter-ready investment as she is commercially coded.
Gisa is now asking €24,900,000, lying in Sibenik, Croatia.
