Italian shipyard ISA Yachts has announced the sale of the first unit in its Unica 45M Steel series. The superyacht has been sold to an American client with delivery slated for 2027.
A high displacement, steel hull and fuel capacity over 60,000 litres characterises the model, which is designed for extended ocean crossings. However, the stern configuration is likely to pique the most interest, spread over three sloping levels that comprise a "relaxation zone" with a sunbathing area, swimming pool and infinity cockpit, with sweeping ocean views provided through a glass balustrade. Italian studio Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design and Palumbo Superyachts have been listed as collaborators on the project.
The main deck features a gym, a formal dining area and the owner's suite, the latter arranged with a lounge area, desk with vanity, walk-in wardrobe and a large en suite. A second, al fresco dining table can be found on the upper deck, alongside a large bow area optimised for sunbathing.
Meanwhile, the 16-metre-long sundeck offers even more sunbathing opportunities, a lounge with sofa seating and armchairs, a dining table, a bar and a round Jacuzzi. The remaining guest accommodation can be found below deck – comprising four double cabins – as well as quarters for nine crew.
The model will be equipped with twin CAT C32 engines for a maximum speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
According to BOATPro, ISA Yachts has seven yachts on order or under construction, including the first unit in its all-new Viper 120 series. The 37.7-metre model was sold a mere two months after the design hit the market.
