Italian shipyard Benetti used the Monaco Yacht Show to release further details about the new additions to its steel-and-aluminium explorer B.Yond line. The 57-metre and 40-metre models build on the success of the original 37-metre B.Yond, which was brought to market in 2022, and will feature hybrid-electric propulsion systems.
The flagship and mid-level additions both feature exteriors by Igor Lobanov and interiors from the drawing boards of Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, with the designs aiming to emulate an "explorer feeling" without compromising on elegance and luxury.

"The very thin black graphics make the yacht look bigger," he explained. "It's hard to know what lies inside from the outside."
For the 57-metre edition, the yard has proposed three stern configurations. One is the Beach, which centres around a pool and the second is Air, which is tailored to accommodate a touch-and-go helipad that can also double as a veranda. The final option is the Water configuration, which is designed to store toys, diving gear and other exploration equipment.
Meanwhile, the four-deck 40-metre has a number of different configurations but centres around 150 square metres of socialising space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. For this yacht, Benetti has envisioned a palette of pale colours and light woods to accentuate the vistas from the outside world.
The B.Yond line was first introduced as a compact explorer with a classic expedition-style exterior, tall profile and high-volume interior.
The press conference also revealed a new B.Loft line, which is inspired by "urban living" with lofty, high-ceiling interiors, as well as sharing further details about the previously-unveiled Motopanfilo 45M.
