Turkish shipyard AKYACHT has signed a contract for the build of a 100-metre-plus superyacht. The project is not only the biggest undertaking by the shipyard to date but is set to be the largest superyacht built on Turkish soil.
The new build was commissioned by an experienced owner and will succeed the shipyard's flagship project, the award-winning 85-metre Victorious.

AKYACHT has released an initial line drawing, which gives little detail away. Delivery is scheduled for 2027, at which point the unnamed project will unseat the country's largest superyacht build, the 88-metre sailing yacht Maltese Falcon.
