The 50.8-metre Yildizlar ketch motor-sailer yacht Aresteas has rejoined the brokerage market, exclusively listed for sale with Ken Camilleri of Denison Yachting.
Aresteas was delivered in 2017, constructed with a laminated cold-moulded wood hull by the Turkish yard to a design by Fuat Turan and interiors by Ridade Tuncel and Aldo Viani. According to her broker, "this ketch motor-sailer blends the elegance of a sailing vessel with the comfort and space of a motor yacht." She was last refitted in 2023.
Aresteas can accommodate up to 12 guests in six en suite cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck complete with a king-size bed, lounge space, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with bath and separate shower. The remaining guest accommodation is across two VIP suites – each with their own lounge and bath – two double cabins and two twins, all with en suites. Meanwhile, there are quarters for a crew of 11.
Her interiors are decorated in the style of an "opulent villa", according to her broker, characterised by earthy tones and natural materials including leather, treated woods and marble. The large main saloon has comfortable seating and a bar, while forward is a dining area with seating for eight guests. Other highlights inside include a cinema room, fully equipped gym, and sauna with a Himalayan salt wall.
Alongside her spacious 488GT interiors, there are generous outdoor spaces on board Aresteas. Her sundeck is complete with lounge seating, bar, grill, and glass-bottomed Jacuzzi. On the main deck aft there is an al fresco dining area, while the beach club includes a bar and an "oversized" hydraulic swim platform for launching water toys or sunbathing.
Two aluminium masts with in-mast furling and winches give her a relaxed performance under sail, while under power twin 1,205hp MTU engines give her a top speed of 15 knots, cruising speed of 12 knots and range of 3,000 nautical miles.
Currently lying in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy, Aresteas is asking €9,900,000.
