The 24 metre flybridge motor yacht Midas Touch, listed for sale by Mediterranean Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal with Bobby McDougall representing both the seller and the buyer.
Built in GRP to a European style by Taiwanese yard Vitech, Midas Touch was delivered in 2009. Decorated throughout in mahogany wood panelling, with teak and holly sole flooring, she offers a calm and soothing ambience. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with flatscreen television sets and Bose stereo surround sound systems.
The open-plan main saloon offers a comfortable curved settee with coffee tables, a granite-topped bar and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch LCD television screen on a rise and fall mechanism and a cinema surround sound system.
Exterior spaces are generous, including the aft deck with a table, seating and an ice maker for al fresco cocktails while up on the flybridge is more room for outdoor dining, a wet bar with fridge and a barbecue grill, all sheltered by a hard top. Twin 1,550hp Caterpillar diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 21 knots, topping out at 27 knots.
The asking price of Midas Touch has been withheld.
