The 60.1-metre Trinity motor yacht Mia Elise II has been sold with Stuart Larsen and Lon McCloskey of Fraser representing the seller, while Steve Elario of Northrop & Johnson introduced the buyer. The yacht was jointly listed with Merle Wood & Associates and Fraser. She has since been renamed Iron Blonde.
Delivered by US-based yard Trinity Yachts in 2012, the 916 GT aluminium yacht had done 16 transatlantic crossings as Mia Elise II and has made a name for herself as a popular and experienced yacht for charter.
At the time of her sale, Mia Elise II was one of just 14 Trinity motor yachts for sale and the largest Trinity on the market. A classic Geoff Van Aller exterior is matched by an elegant interior by Patrick Knowles which used Honduras mahogany joinery and fine fabrics. Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in seven cabins, with a flexible configuration that includes a private owner's deck with panoramic forward-facing views.
Mia Elise II was asking $34,900,000.
