The 30.2 metre sailing yacht Mrs Seven has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Pegaso in Italy.
Naval architecture for Mrs Seven is by Farr Yacht Design while exterior styling and interior design is by Nauta Design and she was built in carbon fibre by South African yard Southern Wind Shipyard with delivery in 2008 as the seventh hull in the SWS 100 series. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins while a further two cabins sleep four crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The master suite is situated forward of the mast and there is also a VIP suite plus two twin cabins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite shower facilities.
The saloon offers comfortable seating, a dining area and an entertainment centre, featuring a large flatscreen television and a Bose stereo surround sound system, while on deck is a covered dining/lounging area with cushions, teak lounge seats and a table for the foredeck.
Mrs Seven was built to a very high specification, including a High Modulus carbon mast and carbon rigging, ten Harken winches and a full wardrobe of Doyle sails. Under power, a 305hp Cummins diesel engine gives her a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles cruising at eight knots. The engine room of the SWS 100 is located amidships under the saloon so as to maximise stability.
Lying in Trieste, Italy, Mrs Seven is asking €4,900,000.
