The 34 metre sailing yacht Fruition II, listed for sale with Joost Goverts at Northrop & Johnson in Palma, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Designed by German Frers, Fruition II was built in GRP by Finland’s Nautor’s Swan yard and delivered in 2002 as one of the yard’s 112 models. She has since proved to be a very popular charter yacht. An interior in satin varnished teak provides accommodation for up to eight guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth, and all cabins have entertainment systems and full en suite facilities. The careful separation between the crew area forward and owner’s and guest accommodation aft of the saloon gives maximum privacy to both parties.
The lower saloon offers comfortable seating for eight around a cosy dining table to starboard and a sofa and two armchairs on the port side, making a perfect lounge area. Satellite television, DVD players and a stereo surround sound system are provided in the main saloon and master cabin.
Outside, her classic lines and sumptuous interior are complemented by her expansive deck spaces, including a shaded cockpit that leads to an intermediary interior cockpit. The cockpit is large and has two seating areas for al fresco entertaining and dining. The on-deck bar is within reach and a Bimini top shelters guests from the vagaries of the weather. Under power, a 414hp MTU engine gives her a range of 3,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.
Fruition II was asking €3,950,000.
