Sunseeker Motor Yacht The Devocean Sold

The 37 metre motor yacht The Devocean, listed for sale by Debbie Beere at Worth Avenue Yachts has been sold with the buyer introduced by Gerry Salmon at MGM Boats in Ireland.

Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, The Devocean was delivered in 2008. A sumptuous interior in black American walnut accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, three doubles and a twin with a Pullman berth. All cabins have mini bars, entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.

The Devocean is asking €6,250,000

The saloon has L-shaped settees to starboard facing an entertainment centre to port including a 50-inch LCD television screen. Also to port are a bar and a dining area with seating for up to 12 guests.

The main aft deck of this yacht for sale has a large table with chairs for 12 guests and is perfectly situated for al fresco entertaining and dining. The upper deck lounge is entirely devoted to relaxation, with comfortable seating in front of an entertainment centre, while the upper aft deck offers further space for outdoor dining, seating 12 guests.

Up on the sundeck, guests have the choice of relaxing on a selection of loungers, enjoying the Jacuzzi or sharing a drink at the bar and dining area sheltered from the sun by the radar arch.

Twin 2,335hp MTU diesel engines power her to a top speed of 27 knots and she is fitted with Trac zero-speed stabilisers.

Lying in Monaco, The Devocean was asking €6,250,000 with VAT paid.
